Is Clio actually AI or is it a human coach?

Clio is powered by the Claude AI from Anthropic — the same technology behind some of the most advanced AI systems in the world. There's no human behind the chat. Clio uses your full profile, daily log, training plan, and conversation history to give you coaching that's specific to you.

How accurate is the restaurant macro lookup?

When you name a specific restaurant, Clio uses menu data where available. Each food shows a confidence badge — "Menu data" (green) means exact restaurant macros were used. "USDA database" or "Estimated" (amber) means it's a close approximation. We're transparent about the source on every single log.

Can I change my training plan after it's built?

Yes — just ask Clio. You can swap exercises, change rep ranges, reschedule days, add cardio sessions, or completely rebuild your programme. Everything executes live in your plan with a confirmation card showing exactly what changed.

What's Discipline Mode?

Discipline Mode tightens your entire plan in one tap — rest times decrease by 15 seconds, cardio sessions increase by one per week, and protein targets move to 2.4g/kg. Clio's coaching tone also shifts to be more demanding. All changes restore perfectly when you turn it off.

Will Clio be available on iOS and Android?

Yes. Clio is launching as a web app and a downloadable iOS and Android app simultaneously. All your data syncs across devices in real time — start a conversation on your phone, continue on your laptop. No data lost between devices.
